    Belo Horizonte
    Belo Horizonte is a vibrant Brazilian city of around 2.5 million inhabitants, or around 5 million including its suburbs. It has been the capital of the state of Minas Gerais since 1897. It is famous for its planned layout and for works by the architects Oscar Niemeyer and Lúcio Costa. Here you will find the Estádio Mineirão along with universities and an archdiocese.
