Salomonöarna
The Solomon Islands are an island nation in western Oceania, located east of New Guinea. The country encompasses the eastern part of the archipelago of the same name, including Guadalcanal, Malaita, and Santa Isabel islands. The landscape is mountainous and volcanic, with the highest peak being Mount Popomanaseu (2,381 m). The equatorial climate brings hot and humid conditions, while the best time to visit is from May to October.
