Fabulous compact however standing outside waiting to board planes is not so good

There was a very united menu choice once through security and the cafe bar only served back or white coffee no capuchino could not fine anywhere to plug into charge my phone .i believe it is closing in the new year .great for picking up and returning hire cars very quick and easy

Return airline tickets.

Because I do not have a smart phone or access to a computer/printer while I was away I had to get a stranger to print my ticket for me. Unfortunately when I arrived at the airport I found that he had printed the ticket for the 6th October instead of the 13th. I was told I had to pay £55. I think this charge is a bit extreme. Luckily I was at the airport before the 2 hour deadline so a kind lady on the desk helped me get to get it sorted. This really caused me a lot of stress.

Spanish staff very efficient when assisting me to disembark the plane. East Midlands very poor.
